The 2 Crafty Chicks (Anna & Dede) have personally supervised over 500 parties during the last 7 years. If there is one thing we know how to do it’s throw a party! Every minute of your event is organized and scheduled by us. From the time your guests walk in the door to the minute they leave they will be engaged in activities and entertained.
All you need to do is:
- Reserve your party date and theme
- Invite your guests
- Provide your party food and paper products

How do we reserve a date? Call or Email 2 Crafty Chicks to schedule. Together we will pick a date. A deposit and registration form is required to reserve a date. We only accept checks or cash. The registration form and check need to be mailed into:

How many guests can we invite? We have space for approximately 17 participants at our facility.
Do parents need to stay?
Each party is supervised by two teachers (and at least one crafty chick).We encourage the parents and family of the birthday child to stay. All other parents of children ages 4 and up are encouraged to drop off. Please note that our space is not that large. If you invite 12 children, and they each bring one adult that is 24 people, plus the birthday child’s parents (and grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles and friends.) The space fills up quickly and things can quickly become overwhelming for the children.
Will other people be at your facility during the party? No. All parties are private and our facility is closed to the public during these hours.
Is 1.5 (3-5 year olds) or 2 (6+) hours long enough for our party? Can we fit everything in? YES! We have parties down to a science, not only for the projects and crafts but for the amount of time children are happy and enjoying themselves. We promise.
How early do we need to arrive for the party? 2 Crafty Chicks is one of the few facilities that offers a private event space for you and your family to host a party. Rental times are scheduled for either 1.5 or 2 hours (depends on the child’s age) Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your party and prepare to leave 15 minutes after your party is over. If you arrive early expect the doors to remain locked until 15 minutes prior to your event. Once the party is over, any time beyond 15 minutes for clean up or pick up is subject to an additional fee of $25.
What do we need to bring? You are responsible for all paper goods and food. We provide all the art supplies. We do not have a freezer. Please bring a cooler if you have ice cream or drinks.
Do we need to bring our own smocks? No! We provide smocks for all children and adults. We typically use acrylic paint, which does not wash out of clothing. It is necessary for the types of projects we make and the time constraints of the party. We keep children covered during the parting portions of the party but remember—art is messy! Dress appropriately!
Can younger siblings attend the party? We are happy to have all family members at the party. Children under the age of 2 will not be able to participate in the crafts and will need to be supervised by a parent during the party. (Children between the ages of 2-4 may need adult assistance.)
Children will take home their art projects that day! You are responsible for any other party favors if you choose to provide them.
